Payment
You may pay for your order by a number of methods. You will be asked to confirm your chosen payment method when you make your order.

Online Credit Card
Available for Mastercard, Visa and Amex

Invoice
Payment can be made by Cheque and posted to us at: ecoffee, PO Box 76271, Manukau City, or Direct Credit to the following account:

Please ensure in any communication with us you quote your customer name and invoice number.

Fax/Telephone/Mail
If you wish to pay by fax please fax the order confirmation you receive on the web site along with your credit card details to our fax number 09 250 1419. If you prefer, you can telephone us and provide your credit card details over the telephone on 09 250 1418. Alternatively you can mail your payment to us, either by cheque or credit card to ecoffee, PO Box 76271, Manukau City.

 

Delivery
At ecoffee we endeavour to dispatch your goods the same day your order is received and deliver them the following day. Actual delivery times may of course vary according to your particular location.

We endeavour to keep our freight charges to a minimum. The following charges apply.

Local Auckland Area $5.00 per delivery
North Island up to 3kg $5.00 per parcel
South Island up to 3kg $8.00 per parcel
Rural Delivery extra $5.00 per delivery
All charges are quoted excluding GST.  

We do not deliver outside New Zealand unless special arrangements are made with us. Please contact us on 09 250 1418.
