New Customers
Simply select the Product/s required from the Product Menu. When you find a product you wish to buy press "Buy". The products you order will be added to you "View Order" basket.

Once you have completed ordering select "View Order" to view the contents of your order then select "Place Order" to complete the order process.

As a first time customer you will then be presented with a login page requesting your email address and a password which you will then use to "login" for future orders. On login you will then be asked for a few basic details about yourself, your company and how you wish to pay for your order. You can then complete your order.

When you visit the web site again and login as an existing customer you will not be required to complete the registration page again, however you can change your details at any time.

View/Modify Order
By clicking the "View Order" button on the main navigation you can view the products you have ordered so far during your current visit to the web site. When you have completed adding products to your order, simply press the "Place Order" button to complete the order process.

Favourites
You can build up a favourites list to make future reordering really quick and simple. To add products to your Favourites list simply click the "Add to Favourites" link against the product you wish to add from the product list. To View your favourites at any time click the "Favourites" button on the main navigation. If you'd like to place an order for either part or all of your favourites list simply click the "Buy" or "Order All" link/button.

Order History
Once you have placed an order with ecoffee you can view the contents of previous orders by simply clicking the "Order History" button in the main navigation. If you'd like to place the same order again you can reorder either part or all of a previous order simply by clicking the "Buy" or "Reorder All" link/button.

Existing Customers
Simply select "Login" from the Home page main navigation to go directly to order product area.

Favourites
To View your favourites list at any time click the "Favourites" button on the main navigation. If you'd like to place an order for either part or all of your favourites list simply click the "Buy" or "Order All" link/button.
